Asignaciones presupuestales . Para la puesta en funcionamiento del SAAD, la JEP como su administrador asignará en su presupuesto los montos necesarios para la prestación del servicio de Asesoría y Defensa Gratuita de conformidad con el Punto 5 del Acuerdo Final y el artículo 60 de la Ley 1820 de 2016, consultando el espacio fiscal aprobado en el MGMP del sector y demás sectores que compongan el sistema.
