Aprópiase para atender a los gastos de los establecimientos públicos nacionales, durante el año fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1985 una suma igual a la calculada para los ingresos, o sea la cantidad de cuatrocientos veinticuatro mil seiscientos setenta millones trescientos ochenta y siete mil pesos ($ 424.670.387.000) moneda legal, distribuida institucionalmente, así:
