Amonestación La amonestación escrita consiste en el requerimiento que se hace al respectivo organismo de tránsito, con el fin de darle a conocer el incumplimiento a las normas de tránsito y transporte en que ha incurrido, con el objeto de que se abstenga, corrija y evite la reincidencia en tal incumplimiento.
