Pertenece a la jurisdicción militar, en época de guerra, el juzgamiento de los empleados militares y administrativos del Ejército, por delitos comunes contra los Oficiales u otros miembros de la fuerza armada, pudiendo pasar el conocimiento de las causas a los Jueces ordinarios, como se dispone en los artículos anteriores.
