Cuando la cadena radial requiera de frecuencias radioeléctricas para operar la red de enlace de las emisoras que la conforman deberá hacer la solicitud respectiva cumpliendo con las normas vigentes, y pagar al Fondo de Comunicaciones los derechos correspondientes de acuerdo con las tarifas que fije el Ministerio de Comunicaciones mediante resolución.
