Los Radioaficionados Están Obligados A Comunicar Por Escrito Al Ministerio De Comunicaciones, Toda Irregularidad O Infracción Que Se Esté Cometiendo En Cualquier Banda

Los radioaficionados están obligados a comunicar por escrito al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, toda irregularidad o infracción que se esté cometiendo en cualquier banda.

Parágrafo

En la comunicación deberá explicar exactamente los siguientes detalles: fecha, hora de observación, identificación de la estación infractora, clase de infracción, etc. Además se identificará por separado el distintivo de llamada del operador radioaficionado y el lugar de la observación. En caso de ser posible, se adjuntará además la grabación correspondiente.
