º. Sanciones al recaudador . El recaudador de la Cuota de Fomento Porcícola que no transfiera oportunamente los recursos al Fondo, incurrirá en interés de mora a la tasa señalada para los deudores morosos del impuesto de renta complementario. En caso de pagos parciales sobre las sumas en mora, éstos se aplicarán primero a los intereses causados y el saldo, si lo hubiere, a las cuotas adeudadas.
