Los créditos adicionales legislativos abiertos a la ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia económica de 1924, con destino exclusivo a vías de comunicación de carácter nacional y que no hayan sido invertidos antes del último día de dicho año fiscal, serán aplicados en los tres primeros meses de la próxima vigencia a las mismas obras para las cuales se apropiaron.
