Desde la expedición de la presente Ley, las compañías mineras que se hayan

establecido y se establezcan en la Intendencia del Choco, estarán en la obligación de suministrar a los trabajadores hospitalización y servicio médico gratuitos, de acuerdo con las prescripciones científicas modernas.
