Los viajeros procedentes del territorio de San Andrés y Providencia que lleguen al resto del territorio nacional, tendrán derecho a traer como equipaje, libre de gravámenes aduaneros, artículos para uso personal y doméstico, en cantidad no comercial, por valor de un mil pesos ($1.000.00). Se autoriza para traer sin consideración de pesos, además, artículos hasta por un valor, de un mil quinientos pesos ($1.500.00) por los cuales pagará un gravamen del 25% sobre el valor-de lectura, con destino al Tesoro Intendencia.
