Notificación. El acta del Tribunal Médico Laboral se notificará preferentemente por medios electrónicos, bajo las reglas del artículo 56 de la Ley 1437 de 2011 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
En el caso en que no se autorice la notificación electrónica o ésta no se pueda realizar, se aplicará el artículo 69 de la Ley 1437 de 2011, o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya
