El procedimiento para la investigación de esta clase de fraudes se acomodará, por analogía, a lo dispuesto en la Ley 85 de 1915, en su capítulo 6º, para los casos de contrabando a la renta de aduanas, en cuanto no se opongan al presente Decreto. Cópiese y publíquese.
