ARTICULO 92. La comisión de servicio no constituye forma de provisión de empleo y hace parte de los deberes del funcionario. Puede dar lugar al pago de viáticos y gastos de transporte, conforme a las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias sobre la materia, aunque la comisión sea fuera del territorio nacional.
