PASAJES PARA FAMILIARES DE LOS OFICIALES Y SUBOFICIALES. Cuando se trate de comisiones individuales inferiores a noventa (90) días, será potestativo del Ministro de Defensa o del Director General de la Policía, según el caso, autorizar pasajes para el cónyuge e hijos menores de veintiún (21) años que dependan económicamente del Oficial o Suboficial, los inválidos absolutos y los estudiantes hasta la edad de veinticuatro (24) años.
