Los Directores de los Departamentos Jurídico y de Vigilancia Judicial, el Visitador Jefe y los Visitadores del Ministerio de Justicia serán funcionarios de instrucción y al practicar visita a los funcionarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional del Ministerio Público y del Cuerpo Auxiliar, podrán revisar los sumarios y hacer las observaciones legales que sean pertinentes para que se instruyan con corrección y dentro de los términos legales.
