º El artículo 6º del Decreto 721 de 1987, quedará así: "Los defectos que presenten las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda en las inversiones supletorias de los porcentajes mínimos de colocación que señale la Junta Monetaria, serán sancionados por la Superintendencia Bancaria con multa del 5% sobre el valor del defecto".
