El Juez de la Interventoría, a solicitud del Interventor, podrá declarar nulo todo traspaso-a cualquier título de las mercancías de que trata el presente Decreto, efectuado dentro de los noventa (90) días anteriores a su fecha, cuando se haya efectuado con el objeto de eludir sus disposiciones.
