De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 202 de la Ley 136 de 1994, los alcaldes al programar el presupuesto, y los concejos distritales y municipales al aprobar las apropiaciones presupuestales destinadas a sufragar los gastos de funcionamiento de las personerías y contralorías se someterán a límites establecidos en el presente Decreto.
