Art. 20. La sociedad central será auxiliada por el Tesoro de la Union, para hacer eficaces sus atribuciones, con los fondos que sea posible procurarle de los asignados en el Presupuesto para el fomento de la Agricultura: a su turno la misma Sociedad procurará auxiliar, en cuanto le sea dable, a las de los Estados con igual objeto.
