Por medio del presente decreto se establece el procedimiento acelerado que aplicará el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, para la evaluación de solicitudes de registro sanitario de medicamentos previamente determinados por el Gobierno Nacional por razones de interés público o salud pública.
