Artículo primero. Los estudios de enseñanza secundaria en los establecimientos de educación, nocturnos, se cursarán en adelante en un lapso mínimo de siete (7) años, cinco (5) correspondientes al ciclo básico de enseñanza media y dos (2) de bachillerato propiamente dicho.
