Los archivos de las historias laborales de los ex funcionarios de la Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino en Liquidación, serán entregados al Instituto de Seguros Sociales o la entidad que haga sus veces, cumpliendo las normas previstas para ello, quien será responsable de la custodia y del manejo de las mismas, de acuerdo con la normatividad existente en la materia.
