°. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, todos los funcionarios, distintos de aquellos a los cuales se refiere el artículo 2°. de este Decreto, que tengan asignados vehículos destinados para su uso, deberán ponerlos en forma inmediata a disposición de la entidad a la cual prestan sus servicios.
