Créanse dos Comisarias Militares, una en Juradó y otra en Acandí, con el siguiente personal: un Jefe, un Subjefe y cuarenta soldados cada una.

El Ministerio de Guerra queda autorizado para hacer la reglamentación que corresponda conforme a este artículo.
