La anterior solicitud deberá ir acompañada de cualquier medio probatorio que acredite su condición de víctima y la imposibilidad de ofrecer garantía y se tramitará dentro de los quince días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su presentación. La certificación sería otorgada por la Red de Solidaridad Social siempre que el medio utilizado hay sido suficiente para acreditar su condición y será válida por un término de tres meses contados desde la fecha de su expedición.
