º Para efecto de lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 de la Ley 62 de 1939, los Ministros de Gobierno y de Hacienda y Crédito Público fijarán por resolución especial y en tiempo oportuno, las regiones en donde se adelanten los trabajos técnicos necesarios para el levantamiento del Catastro Nacional. Dicha resolución será publicada en el Diario Oficial.
