Aplicación del inciso segundo del numeral 3 del artículo 56 de la Ley 388 de 1997 . Para efectos de la aplicación del inciso segundo del numeral 3 del artículo 56 de la Ley 388 de 1997, cuando el avalúo catastral vigente sea resultado de una petición de estimación, según el artículo 13 de la Ley 14 de 1983 o de un auto-avalúo en los términos del artículo 14 de la Ley 44 de 1990, deberá tener más de un año de vigencia en el respectivo catastro.
