Control fiscal. La Contraloría General de la República ejercerá la vigilancia sobre el manejo de los fondos y bienes de la Zona Franca por medio de Auditores de su dependencia y con aplicación de reglamentos especiales acordes con la índole de la entidad y el género de actividades a ella encomendadas, en tal forma que dejen a salvo su autonomía administrativa, según las normas establecidas por la Ley 105 de 1958, el Decreto 1095 de 1970 y los presentes estatutos, todo ello para hacer fácil y expedito su funcionamiento.
