De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo lº de la Ley 7ª de 1944, el Convenio Comercial entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Consejo Ejecutivo Federal de la Asamblea de la República Socialista Federativa de Yugoslavia, firmado en Belgrado el 24 de abril de 1987, que por el artículo 1° de esta Ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional.
