Los incineradores cuya capacidad sea mayor de una (1) tonelada diaria, no podrá, emitir al aire ambiente partículas: a ) En concentraciones superiores a cinco (5) gramos de partículas por metro cúbico seco de gas afluente, medido a condiciones de referencia. b) Que produzcan un obscurecimiento superior al patró n número 2 de la escala de Ringelmann o una opacidad superior al 40%.

Parágrafo

Las normas de emisión para incineradores cuya capacidad sea inferior a una (1) tonelada, serán señaladas por el Ministerio de Salud.
