Obligaciones contingentes no sujetas al Régimen de Contingencias Estatales . Las entidades enumeradas en el artículo 9º, que hubieren asumido obligaciones contingentes con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Ley 448 de 1998, continuarán ejecutando los respectivos contratos, en los términos pactados conforme a la legislación vigente al momento de su celebración.
