Cuando la Nación, el Departamento del Valle y el Municipio de Buga estén en poder de no menos del noventa por ciento (90%) del total de las acciones de la Empresa, la Nación contribuirá a la modernización y ensanche de aquel acueducto, hasta con un cincuenta por ciento (50%) del empréstito que se negocie para tal efecto.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso la Nación podrá obligarse a amortizar una suma mayor de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) y el plazo del empréstito no podrá ser menor de diez (10) años.
