Art. 1.° Exímense del pago de derechos de importacion los siguientes artículos que se introduzcan por el puerto de Riohacha: casas armadas o en piezas para ser formadas en dicha ciudad, piedras labradas i sin labrar, de toda clase i figura, visagras, cerrojos, cerraduras, clavos, puertas, ventanas, persianas, balaustres, pilares, arcos, pintura en polvo o preparada, aceite de linaza, brochas ordinarias, i en jeneral, todos los útiles para construir edificios en aquella ciudad.
