°. Prohibición de iniciar nuevas actividades. A partir de la publicación del presente decreto el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en supresión no podrá iniciar ni continuar desarrollando sus funciones salvo para lo dispuesto en el régimen de transición de este decreto y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para estos efectos y expedir los actos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para la supresión.
