Art. 1.° Corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo reglamentar el servicio de los telégrafos i la contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional; en consecuencia; quedan derogados el título 8.°, libro 1.°, i el título 2 °, libro 3.° del Código Fiscal.

Parágrafo

Esceptúanse de esta derogatoria los artículos 1535, 1536, 1537 i 1538 del mismo Código Fiscal.
