El Dueño Del Establecimiento De Juegos Prohibidos Y Los Jugadores Que Al Concurran, Además De La Multa De Que Habla El Artículo Anterior Para El Primero, Sufrirán Un Arresto Por El Término De Treinta Días Inconmutables

°. El dueño del establecimiento de juegos prohibidos y los jugadores que al concurran, además de la multa de que habla el artículo anterior para el primero, sufrirán un arresto por el término de treinta días inconmutables.

Parágrafo

Para imponer esta pena bastara como comprobante del hecho la declaración de dos testigos, o que los responsables de la infracción sean sorprendidos infraganti por la Policía.
