º. La Comisión Nacional tendrá una Secretaría Ejecutiva que estará a cargo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y desempeñará las funciones de coordinación general que le señale la Comisión. La Secretaría Ejecutiva contará con el apoyo técnico del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, que elaborará los informes sectoriales o intersectoriales que serán sometidos a consideración de la Comisión.
