°. Programa de desgravación. El año uno (1) del programa de desgravación arancelaria corresponderá al año calendario en que el acuerdo entre en vigor. A partir del año dos (2), la reducción arancelaria de cada etapa será anual e iniciará el 1º de enero del respectivo año.
