Con los fondos ordinarios o extraordinarios, destinados o que se destinen a la carretera Pasto - Puerto Asís, procederá el Gobierno a construir la prolongación de esa vía hasta Puerto Ospina, sobre el río Putumayo.

Queda incorporado este sector a la red nacional de carreteras.
