El Gobierno procederá a liquidar el valor de lo que se adeude por servicios, materiales, etc., etc., contratados en ejecución de la Ley 77 de 1912 .

Dicho valor seguirá depositado para el pago oportuno de los expresados servicios, materiales, etc. etc.
