Funciones del Comité Directivo . El Comité Directivo tendrá las siguientes funciones

Recomendar las políticas generales de administración e inversión de los recursos del Fondo, buscando que se inviertan con seguridad, rentabilidad y liquidez.

Velar por el cumplimiento y desarrollo de los objetivos del Fondo y por el cumplimiento de lo establecido en la normatividad vigente.

Aprobar el presupuesto anual de ingresos y gastos del Fondo.

Las demás que le sean asignadas. (Decreto 3771 de 2007, artículo 5°)
