° Renuncia o fallecimiento de candidatos antes de la elección. En el evento de renuncia o fallecimiento de un candidato a directivo, ocurrido con posterioridad a la inscripción y antes de la elección, la mayoría de los comerciantes que hubiesen inscrito la lista, deberán acudir a la Alcaldía para sustituirlo, actuación que podrá realizarse hasta el último miércoles hábil que preceda al día de elección. El nuevo candidato deberá reunir las condiciones establecidas en las disposiciones legales pertinentes señaladas y cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto. De lo ocurrido, la Alcaldía dará aviso inmediato a la respectiva Cámara de Comercio.
