Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, y haciendo uso de los servicios cooperativos interamericanos de Salud Pública, establecerá inmediatamente un centro de salud o una comisión sanitaria permanente, dotado de todos los servicios y personal que tal campaña requiera.
