Artículo vigésimotercero. En caso de falta temporal o accidental del Director General de la Corporación será reemplazado, en su orden, por los Directores de las Divisiones de Enseñanza, Investigación y Extensión. Lo mismo se hará en casos de falta absoluta mientras se produce la designación en propiedad.
