Prohibición de pertenecer a más de un Consejo. Ningún trabajador beneficiario del Subsidio Familiar podrá pertenecer a más de un Consejo Directivo, conforme al artículo 1° de la Ley 31 de 1984. Los empleadores afiliados a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar y a la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero deberán permitir la asistencia de los trabajadores, que formen parte de los Consejos Directivos de las Cajas, para que ejerzan adecuadamente la representación de los trabajadores beneficiarios del Subsidio Familiar en las sesiones respectivas.
