Unicamente podrán proponerse excepciones con anterioridad al auto que decreta el remate de bienes o la entrega de aquellos cuando no fuere procedente el remate. En este juicio no podrán discutirse asuntos que debieron ser objeto de recursos en la vía gubernativa. El incidente de excepciones se tramitará como una articulación.
