Art. 198. Fenecida provisionalmente una cuenta por auto ejecutoriado é incorporada en la del Administrador general, queda el Contador que la feneció personalmente responsable por los derechos del Tesoro nacional vulnerados con el fenecimiento, hasta que la Corte de Cuentas fenezca definitivamente la del Administrador, en la cual está incorporada.
