Autorízase al Gobierno para comprar los puentes de propiedad particular que existan en las vías nacionales, y para abrir los créditos necesarios a ese efecto.

Parágrafo

Autorízase igualmente al Gobierno para comprar el puente Navarro sobre el río Magdalena, en Honda. Las negociaciones que sobre el particular se efectúen no necesitan sino de la aprobación del Consejo de Ministros y del Consejo de Estado. La partida que para el caso sea necesaria la tomará en las condiciones anotadas en el inciso primero de este artículo.
