Caución. En caso de incumplimiento de la obligación de permanencia de que trata el artículo anterior, el Agente pagará a la Policía Nacional hasta el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor de los gastos que haya ocasionado la comisión, en proporción al tiempo dejado de servir. La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional establecerá la caución que considere conveniente para garantizar dicha obligación, antes de que el Agente inicie sus estudios.
