La ejecución de programas de plantaciones forestales protectoras - productoras o protectoras podrá acordarse con los propietarios de terrenos ubicados dentro de áreas de reserva forestal. Para los efectos del presente artículo, declárase de utilidad pública e interés social la adquisición de predios; cuando no se llegare a un acuerdo entre el propietario y la administración, se procederá a gestionar la expropiación.
